Once the order of a product in stock has been validated, we must pack and ship it.

It will be delivered to your home or to a relay point within 4 working days after the actual payment of the product.

If it is a product on demand, the manufacturing time will depend on the model and will be specified when ordering.

Shipping costs are free Metropolitan France.

The number of panties per package will depend on the models ordered.

For any package whose value exceeds €60, delivery is free.

You have the right to change your mind !

If you do so within 14 days and the package has not been opened of course, it is still underwear, send an email to contact@lovane-lingerie.com specifying the reference of the order as well as your request, and we will tell you in response the procedure to follow. Lövane will cover the cost of return and reimbursement of the products will be made within fourteen days of receipt by Lövane.

For any other reason, also send an email to contact@lovane-lingerie.com and we will contact you to define the terms of a possible return.
